I was looking over my most recent set of pictures and noticed something interesting. When I zoomed in on the eye of this squirrel I could clearly see the reflection of my truck in his eye. So, I cropped and enlarged the eye section of the photo so I could post them together. I think this is a pretty amazing testiment to the optical qualities of the Pana camera and their add on lenses.

Late model F-series, crew cab, short bed. A squirrel after my own heart.

Oooh, nice guess, but no cigar. :G
You were right on two out of three. Ahhh...but which two, that's the question?

Well it looks like the two she got right was the crew cab and short bed. So I'll guess we are still looking for the right make. The proportions look about right for it to be a Dodge Dakota Quad cab. That's my guess.

Nice try Brett. You are right on with the other two.

I am suddenly struck by the fact that people are able to make intelligent guesses about the make and modle of a truck, based on a reflection the size of the head of a pin, in the eye of a squirrel 30 feet away.
My mind is boggeled.

I know I can get this. Lets see, white, crewcab, shortbox. The cab seems to be about the same size as the box and the hood has a short overhang. I'll amend my guess to be a Chevy Colorado. Am I getting warm yet:?

Doncha just love shotgunbride?
... and it is, very much, a testiment to the quality optical/electronic engineering of Panasonic... cool shot.

Looks like a rare '37 Desoto "El Dinero" crew quad cab, octogon box bed truck. Chili pepper red with yellow powder coated 20" rims. Just a guess:idea:
