Well at least the kid with the BB gun didn't get into the picture... Nice shot, those critters usually don't wait around to have their portrait done.

Thanks squirl. If memory serves I'd say he was about 40-60 feet. He had been right next to the road but under some eucalyptus branches that had fallen. By the time I got the camera into position he/she had moved out into the field.
