Been playing with the FZ and B&W and took a few pics of my watch.. hey nothing else to do when your unemployed !

It's nice and flat and also a great time-piece. Hang in there buddy, been through it (UE) myself a few times.... sucks, but you'll survive. Enjoy the free time, catch up on some reading, take some pics (of watches or whatever else), catch up on japanese cinema. Stay positive!

Very nice B&W watch pic. Sorry to hear about your unemployment. Been there myself. Most important thing is to get up early every day and get out of the house as much as you can and don't allow yourself to become house bound. Hope you find a good job soon. If all fails...:idea:...re-invent yourself!

Thanks everyone, esp. regarding the job situation, in someways it's been a good thing as I realised I'd got too comfortable where I was.

MLukahot - I just used the FZ10 on a tripod with OSI off and in full manual mode and in B&W. ISO set to 50 and thats it. Only applied a really tiny amount of USM in photoshop - I think it was 20% and nothing else. I'm suprised how sharp the original pic was myself.
