It was a cloudless, moonless night sky and my FZ3 was able to capture Orion-Sirius and Pleiades in good measure.

Nice shots Raghu. Here is one I took this weekend of Canis Major. The "orange glow" is light pollution from a nearby town. I'm looking forward to trying the FZ20 on aurora sometime.

Your pic looks more natural, with the background of trees and the glow. I like it.
