Hi everyone,

I'm in the market for a new camera. Two cameras I'm currently looking into, the Kodak Z7590 and Panasonic DMC-F5. For the money, which camera do you think is a better buy? Both cameras are going to cost the same, somewhere around $500.

Thanks.

Kodak? Are they still "making" (or trying to make) cameras?

The Z7590 does not have image stabilization. The FZ5 does. FZ5 wins hands down.

Kodak cams have nice saturated colors (I have seen great shots made with an old 2Mp Kodak with 3x optical zoom).

I am sure you'll like Z7590, but after a few months you'll be making a Run (to) DMC.
Better to compare Kodak to other non styabilized UZ like Fuji S5000-7000.
We are in another galaxy here.
