While looking for butterflies, I chance upon this lizard, approach slowly and allowed me to take its pic

Took some water drops also, and found out later that the lizard image was also caught in this natural water lens! Can you see the lizard?

Edited:
All above taken with FZ10+6T+Sigma CU+ Ext bounce flash
ISO 50, F8, MF, Manual focus, 1/60

Spectuacular, master.

If only those drops had been closer to the lizard, it would have been au unbeatable shot.

9/10 anyway for both.

Have you used 6T or 6T + Sigma?

Sorry abt that....its with the 6T+Sigma.

Yeh....I had planned to take one shot of droplet near the lizard, but there weren't any to find. Took this a little further away, and was not aware that it was in the droplet until post processing!

Tchuanye, how do you do it? How do you get all these creature to pose for you long enough to take a shot? Do you spray them with a temporary nerve paralyzer or what???:-) Please share with us some valuable tips on how to take top notch macro photography. Thanks.

heh heh....well if there is such a thing, PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!!!

Well, I have to approach them real slowly.....sometimes they move away, sometimes they don't. There isn't any 'special' technique. For e.g., do you see me post many butterfly shots? Well, thats because I CAN NEVER GET NEAR THEM!!!!!! :-)sigh.....well, had to look for other subjects to take. Not sure how the others take the buttefly shots....
