Just took my first pics in bad grey light on a grey and dark day outside.
The first is a zoom of a flower in my courtyard.

that flower was done on macro. No treatment except resize for web and autolevels.

on the street next to my house. No attempt at great art (lol) just to test zoom towards tall building. Next photo at full zoom form same point.

Few steps back - opposite direction (I know I should have corrected wonkiness....)....but thought just show how it zooms. This at wide angle.

Oxford St and Centre point brings back memories of work. Nice shots, some of them look pretty sharp with good colour esp if the FZ was in full P&Shoot mode.

It's ok working here but living is quite different...I envy all here who are sending all those beautiful countryside landscapes!
I played with two of the photos in photoshop to create more athmospheric versions...shame that the car is not a london taxi!
