I use it one the FZ-1. THe C-210 is a bargain at the price. It vignettes, however, all the way up through 12X.

It does work and at 1.9x for $40 (https://emporium.olympus.com/innards/specialoffers.asp) it's a very good introductory tele converter lens. It's also relatively small and light and will not put a strain on the plastic fz3 stock adapter threads. The c210 has 52mm threads so you will need a 55-52mm step down ring.

I have one also . I use it with my FZ1. For the money it's a good value. The Tcon 17 is perhaps a bit sharper at twice the price and 3 times the weight.
You will also need a metal tube adaptor ( $40 to $60) to carry the Tcon.
Here is an example of the C-210.:G
