Hi,

I was trying out my camera's macro mode. Don't know how good I was, but I was just partly statisfied with results. One thing that I didn't like was lightning (i don't have external flash) so the desk lamp with white papers set around beetle wasn't enough, but the daylight was already gone. Second thing what bothered me of course was the lack of tripod, so both shots were handheld.
Shot with FZ20.

All comments welcome!

Can't wait to order Nikon 4t :-)

P.S. Could you comment on brightness of these shots, because I brightened little bit them, and I'm not shure how do they look on other monitors

did you use the built in flash?..that's all i use for shooting macros....
i use f/8
at 200 shutter speed or faster..most of the time with the built in flash set at 0
or set the camera to apeture priority at f/8 use the built in flash and go from there ..xtra lighting is a good idea but i would still use the built in flash..it acts as a strobe
