...and the grass always needs cutting!

I like these kind of shots. Any advice for a newbie would be appreciated.

I never thought of mylawnmower as a photographic subject Chalk . . . good imagination. I think your experiment worked very well and created an intertesting photo for sure. The DOF is great, just enough detail that you can id the mower. Looking forward to seeing the experiment progress. :-)
