Does anyone know if the EVF eyepiece on the FZ3 is the same as on the FZ20? What I'm trying to find out is if this Canon eyecup that fits the FZ20 will fit on th eFZ3 as well.

Yes, the canon ae-1 fits the fz3 perfectly!
Saves my eyeglasses, and shades out the sun, too.
Got mine in Huntington Beach, Ca. $1.00 'cause the owner didn't think it would fit.. heh!
Check Bill's Camera Shop.

I bought the Canon A-series eyecup after reading Nooner's recommending ita while back. It fits nice and tight but I did lose one after about a month (I carry the camera around my neck a lot while hiking and it just jostled off I think). I have bought another two now - you may want to order an extra if you can find a deal on multiples. Cheers!

I do not think you need it but if you wish to try it you can get them directly from Orion.

I bought a pair of AE-1 eye cups - what a waste. What fit? No fit. Only piece that works is the actual rubber, and it doesn't even fit well. Tossed 'em. Waaf!
