irfanview, available free from irfanview.com
You can find it in the program under Image/Information

Nice sunset. I live 15 miles east and missed it!

Opanda let's you right click the images here in the forum without downloading so you can see EXIF as you look thru the forum. Much easier than going thru Irfanview.

Thanks for the tip, nooner. It even has an extension so that you can use it with Firefox, and it's freeware to boot!

Hmmm...installed, and the opanda program now shows when I right click an image, but it always says "The Image file don't support EXIF info" (and it also allows on other images that there is no EXIF available)

Opanda is great for forums like this when folks are having trouble but don't provide settings. You can look quickly and see what's going on.

Troop... Opanda can act weird in Firefox. I use Maxathon(IE) when I want to veiw EXIF. In options make sure to check the shell extension and start in advanced mode. Works fine for me and others. Good luck.

Slick: that explains why I missed it!

Nooner; thanks for the suggestions, I hate IE, but I will give it a try...

It doesn't work in Firefox for me. Did you mean it works for you? Anyway it was just a tip for whoever wants to try it, I didn't write it.
