Can anyone tell me about the quality of indoor shots with the FZ5. I am a beginner photographer that is just looking for a good all around camera for indoors and outdoors. I would be shooting under normal conditions indoors at holidays and alike. I was thinking of getting the Canon A95, but the FZ5 looks to be an all around better camera. All advice is much appreciated.

Thanks.

Get the FZ5 I'm a big Canon fan but if you have to pick one camera, i'd got for the FZ5, it's more fun and can do a lot more, plus it has a much faster focus and response than the canon. I own a few Canons too so i am not biased You need to realise that if there is not enuf light indoors any point and shoot will turn out pretty crappy photos with the built in flash if the subject is too far away for the flash to reach (which is usually only 3 meters)!

Nope, but i have owned an FZ2 for years, and it's been great! I wanna upgrade to FZ5. I've also owned plenty of canons which serve as my take everywhere cameras (IXUS400 etc)

Do you feel the FZ5 is comparable to the Canon A95 as far as ease of use and indoor capabilities go?
