Hi,

I like this photo. It is B/W in original, didn't do any post processing, just resizing. What are your thaughts? How to improve it?

For b&w shots, you might want to try increasing the contrast. That would punch it up a bit. Looks a little flat as it is.Like the composure........thekman.

The subject and the archway above his head are too centered. Move boy more to one side, remember the rule of thirds.

thekman620, looks like you're right about contrast. Didn't actually think that way of improvement.

Narcis Oblivion: Well I know this rule, but haven't really used it quite a lot, and actually you're right the centred position is quite boring. :-)

I've learnde my lesson this time
