2 sec exposure from tripod. The low light performance seems reasonable, but I'm new to digital, and IMHO it's not as good as film. Curious what others think...

It would look so much nicer if it was a Ford interior :-)

I had one that was exposed another few stops, but with very dark images it seems to depend on exactly how your monitor is calibrated.

When I look at the original in a semi-dark room, it looks fine, but in a very bright room you can't see much of anything.

The version you lightened appears very grainy on my present monitor...

Yes its grainey and I have nothing against your photo,I think it is very nice ...and I would be pretty sure If you used S&H on the original it would have been better.

I was just playing, that what happens when you get old and feeble.

Thanks for the feedback.

I probably should have turned off IS as well, since it was taken from a tripod. I remember reading it's better to leave IS off in that case....

Oh - Genece - at the risk of appearing to be a dunce, what is S&H?
