I tried to take some waterdrop pictures today. I took 154 shots and 12 came reasonably good (that what I think). All taken on A mode with flash, using Nikon 6T (so I could use zoom and didn't have to stick lens into water ). Just cropped and resized. Please tell me what you think

1 1/60s f=8

2 1/60s f=5.6

3 1/60s f=56

4 1/60s f 4.6

forgot to add: taken with FZ 10

Very cool, I've never been able to capture water drops like that. Your photos make me want to practice some more. Thanks for sharing!

Very nice shots. I think it would be fun to try the same shots using raspberry vinegar dropping on oil. You would have a colorful view of what your salad sees when you mix the dressing yourself...

Very nice. The last one reminds me of The Abyss.

I like the 3rd myself. It would have been the fourth if the creature from the Abyss was more focused. I gather it caught you by suprise :blah: Other - nice & sharp Love the green background. Also cast a vote for Troops oil & vinegar idea . . why not?

Thanks everybody. I really appreciate all your comments. Actually it was my first attempt to take water drop shots and I was surprised how nice it came. I just put a green mug into my sink in the bathroom, filled it with water and letit dripping to the mug. First I tried in blue mug but it was too small and you could see edges of the mug on the shot. But I really liked blue color. Water was dripping rather fast so I just shoot and shoot until battery went dead (wasn't fully recharged). Forgot to mention that all of them were handheld so thats why the last one is a little out of focus. Should have used higher f than 4.6.
