Not easy shootin thru long grass, after about 20 pics, he decided to check me out, popped his head up 'gotcha' I mumbled 'bout bloody time. Oh yeah and its my over-grown backyard

CA is chromatic abberation.

This means purple fringing as you can see on the blades of tall grass.

Sometimes they are also green in color like seen in some moon shots.

Thanks for that info...........being that said I have no idea..........the pic was taken in very early morning light just b4 sunrise maybe thats a factor

nooner..........thanks for the idea.........my backyard actually belongs to our local country pub........and what you can't see is that where the roo is, it is very very steep bank, ya gotta be a mountain goat..or a roo to get up it.....'tis OK going down tho

Kind of neat to be where you can see a roo, Hazzar. Do they wreck havoc with gardens, like our whitetail deer do?
