Hi guys, I was looking through ebay last week and I found these discontinued Minolta close-up lenses No.1 (about +2 diopter) & No.2 (about +3 diopter) for about 30 bucks each. It seemed like a good deal and I ordered them instead of the long acclaimed Nikon 6T. These lenses seem very high quality and they fit my FZ1v2 with the stock adapter. I took this macro shot of an orchid with the built-in flash. Does anybody else have these lenses as well? What do you think?

Looks comparable to thepopular 2 element lens. I see no reason why it wouldn't be as good as the nikons, olys, and canons. At 55mm it isparticularly useful with the smaller fz's 55mm adapter. Lets see some shots in sunlight - no flash.

Thanks! It seems that today is a sunny and warm day here in South Texas, so I'll post something later on the day to see how these lenses stand against each other.
