The Jessops site claims to have both the FZ20 and the FZ5 in stock.

If this supply problem is real, it may mean another model is imminent. When I bought my FZ10 I had wanted a silver one (can't think why) and I waited a couple of months with a silver one on order at a Panasonic shop. Eventually I got tired of waiting and bought a black one. Within a few days the FZ20 was announced.

ps I'm perfectly happy with my FZ10, 4Mp is plenty.

Hi all, went to Southampton this weekend, and went into LCE (London camera Exchange). They told me they now can only get the FZ5, and that they had been informed by head office that the FZ20 was now discontinued and replaced by the 5 (it should be noted these are quite knowledgeble people in here not just teenagers.)

John Lewis, Southampton, only had the display model - no back up stock, citing a "delay in deliveries from Panasonic - it's been like that for about 2 weeks now".

So I really don't know what to think!

I just hope to God that they haven't replaced the 20 with the 5!
