I realized that hooverflies like to levitate on the same place for longer periods.Took a few pictures.

#4 Is extraordinary and #3 Is definitely "Superfly", the sense of streaking motion is awesome. Absolutely love it.

Kostka!
I saw 3 or 4 guy were levitate. I was shooting other critters, and I think I gave it a try. On my cam was the Nikon 3t+4t stacked, which working distance is approx 20cm. The cam was in manual mode, back the zoom and I move very,very slowly the cam, when the hover on the lcd looks sharp I took the pic. Any faster movement and they fly away. I think few people around don't understand what this stupid guy doing with his cam. I surprised when I saw 7-8 pictures turn out great (best luck!).
