The beautiful aquarium is at my Doctors Clinic and couldn't resist the temptation of trying out the FZ's capabilities

Hazzerbone: What camera were you using. When I had my FZ-1/2 I tried shooting at a large aquarium in South Carolina. It was pretty much unsuccessful as the lighting failed me miserably. When I used to shoot aquariums with my Nikon film cameras I did not have a lot of trouble but digitals seem not to like the water/lighting as much. However....having said that...I have seen others that have used digitals and gotten excellent results so perhaps it was the photographer and not so much the camera type? Yours came out better than mine but still something lacking in the sharpness and colors don't you think? We may have to do some more experimenting. Wonder if a type of filtration would help?

G'day BT Bird, I got the FZ 20, yeah there were many photos that didnt come out real good, it did seem that from different angles (I was able to walk around the tank) the variation of down light and natural light played havoc with the settings, I dont know much about filters but could be worth a try.

Very nice, Hazzarbone.

Now, if only Panasonic will come up with a watertight case for your FZ20!
