I got a Sunpak CPOL last christmas and I haven't really had an opportunity to use it yet, I was outside today cleaning up my pond for another season and decided to see how the CPOL would work removing the refelection on the water of my (dirty when these were taken) pond.

1st shot rotating the CPOL to see the extreme reflection on the water's surface. This actually could be really useful when trying to take a reflection picture in a body of water. the reflection is my neighbours house which is right beside the pond.

2nd shot rotating the CPOL until there is barely any reflection on the surface of the water, an amazing difference. These two pics were taken within 30 seconds of each other.

3rd shot is just on of my favourites from the test... all the Koi racing for some food and the littlest winning! what good "lip extension" although I appologise again for the murky water, when I get it clear the fish colours really pop!

Can you compare some pictures of the sky/clouds when you get a chance?

Thanks! :-)
