Thanks to all the great" Macro Mentors" on this forum, I got myself a Nikon 4T and I am having a lot of fun this spring:!:These were taken in a garden of purple cone flowers otherwise known as echinacea. It grows native here in Texas. This one is gett'n ready for take off!

They really love these flowers.

And one more ! Comments always welcome. Thanks to all!:G

Nice shots :-)

The first one is cute, so worth seeing twice anyway

third one is a little blurred, but still very nice.

Very nice photos. I like #2 best. Super job for first efforts. You could probably tweak #3 a little to sharpen it up.

Well done and that first shot is an excellent capture. Have to love the colours in these shots.

All the best and great shooting :|

Thanks to you all !
As far as BOKEH, I wish I could claim skill as the reason. More like pure luck.
Exif shows the lens at 35.6mm (2X ?) The ISO 50. f3.7 shutter 1/125.
As far as sharpening that 3rd one, I'd love to. I have PhotoShop 7.0.
Any suggestions on work flow order ? New layer, unsharp mask or sharpen?

Hey Bali, someday maybe I'll be almost as skilled as you are. Your work is inspirational:!: Still learning, Thanks again to the "macro masters" here!

Nice shots, I would have used the zoom to get a bit closer. My favorite is the second one. I would have shot at a little higher speed to freeze the wings a bit. You are off to a great start.
