Somone knows if there're available anular flash or fibre optical lights to use with the FZ20 for macro shots ?

Try this:

Get a large piece of white card and cut an oval hole in the middle. Fit this over the lens at an angle of 45 degrees so that it rests on the body. Now get an ordinary flashgun and hold it pointing downwards over the card.

You will need a hotshoe adaptor to trigger the flash.

Thank you for you suggestion ... I'll take in mind.

Surfing on the net I've seen that Sigma did an anular flash for digital but it's not compatible with Panasonic Cameras...

I bought one of those illuminated magnifiers and took out the magnifying lens to leave a circular hole and an annular fluorescent tube. I shoot through the circular hole for close-ups and macros. Daylight tubes are available for improved white balance.
