#3 is the winner out of the four.

The fourth one would have been better if you were backed off a bit and it looks a bit out of focus or the DOF looks reversed.

okay, it's unanimous... all very nice shots, but#3 is the winner!#4 is a bit oversaturated, i think... i've found with bright orange or red subjects, the FZ'z tend to go a bit overboard, and the colors get too saturated, which makes them look a little out of focus and almost artificial.

it is amazing, though, what you can find in your own backyard, if you look... and that's one of the best things about photography as a hobby... it makes you LOOK at things you might have simply passed over before.
