Anyone here baffled by the fact that the FZ5 requires one to press the "exposure" button before adjusting the aperture or shutter speed? It makes noooooo sense to have to do so when you have already selected Manual mode or either shutter or aperture priority mode. Is this the same on the FZ20? I hope that I am missing something & I am doing something wrong. Is this, in fact, the way the FZ5 operates?

Yes, it's the same on the fz20. One of the quirks the designers of the fz'rs gave us. I also find it annoying. Maybe they'll fix it in future models, but don't hold your breath.....cheers.......thekman.
