I tried taking some still lives of fruit today just to see how they might turn out. I did not use tripod which explains slight fuzziness I guess?
I put the camera setting on vivid colour as wanted to check that out for the first time also...I think that works quite well with fruit as it brings out nice colours.
I started with an orange:

The orange is really brilliant... yes the strawberry is a bit fuzzy, but I like the results in vivid mode. Gonna have to try it myself.

here is my only attempt at a still life, done with plastic models in my school's art class. i'm not in art class myself but i just dropped by that day and had the camera with me and decided to do my own attempt at capturing the moment:arrow:

Thanks for all the comments.Those strawberries have long since now been digested......
It's a good time for strawberries right now here as you get home grown rather than imports...Kent Strawbs...mmmmmmm.
