Saw TWO pairs of these insects mating.....one pair flew off when I accidently made a sudden move of my camera. Left this couple, which did some funny dance before commencing their gymnastics....

FZ10+6T+Sigma CU, Ext bounce flash, ISO 50, F8, various speeds

Hmm, probably I was too excited about your photos, because the "log legs" was supposed to appear only at middle of that sentence :lol: and I have no ide what kind of flies are they :?
