Very nice shot, doublechin! Welcome to the forum. Dragonflies arewonderfully accommodating subjects.Big, colorful, and relatively still. You got this one dead on.

Thank you all for your compliment. It was quite an effortbut it is well worth it.

I tried using hand held at first but was quite challenging to getit balance. (Wish I have a Stabiliser for my hand).

Decided to use a tripod with a remote shuttle release. Luckily the little fella (approx. 3 inches) was quite coorporative while I'm focusing. Used Auto and manual focusingwith f8 to get maximum DOF.

Yes Seemolf, the nikon 6T is well sufficient for most macro. I might consider getting the Raynox DCR-250 Macro Lens for even closer shots once I play around more with 6T.
