Rain, rain, rain... All it ever does here this time of year in south Florida is rain. Went to the Miami Seaquarium over the weekend and, apart from some scattered moments of sunshine, the whole day was drab, dark, dreary, and lifeless. Horrible lighting. I did manage to get off a couple good ones (I think). Opinions welcome.

I agree! #1 is a great capture

The rain was a lemon, so you turned it into lemonade:idea:

Thanks for the comments all. Glad you liked them.

Max, yes, they do have an orca (or more, maybe), but we went with some friends who had to catch a plane, so we were on a tight schedule and didn't get to see them. We'll definitely have to make a trip back soon. There should be an August trip to SeaWorld in Orlando so I should get some good shots there. BTW, the Seaquarium is now the oldest park in Florida, hitting 50 years in September.

Hi mtritt, You are so right about the rain here in Florida. Sure not good for pictures.....but it has helped keep the forest fires down(my son is a fireman in Flagler County, Fl.) I enjoyed seeing your pictures. I especially like #1. Thanks for sharing. bentleysmom
