I could live with that. My main concern is the noise and it looks like they were not ready to use thenext generation CCD. Why can't we have a dial or button the reduces the MP to 6 and change the ISO.

hey lovelife, way off topic, but i noticed your new adapter C-Rings, wondering if you'd thought of making something decent for the FZ5?

ok, you can all continue with your fz30 thread now...

I am concerened about the 2.5mm dirift at different zooms. I like to get thingsclose to perfect but this causes a problem. If I get the tube with a .5mm gap at the farthest extention the lens it would be 3mm away at the other end of the zoom range. I thought about a different sized Cringsand a moving adapters; both are costly. Would 300 people be happy with a slight improvment?

Lovelife, Saw your adapter on ebay, Looks pretty nice. I have a question, it may be answered in the ad but I'm half blind from reading camera reviews all week.. Will the adapter accept filters without a "c-ring" or is one required? In other words, what is the bare minimum I would need to use my 62mm filters?

Jeff

Hi Jeff,

The CRing adapter functions perfectly as a 62mm Adpater with out a ring. That is the beauity of it. Yes you can attach 62mm filters and or TCOn14B.
