Had gone to nearby place in hope of capturing some good shots....Came back with a few good ones....

Great shots, and I love the color effect. How do you do that? It works great on all but the one with the guys drinking. It's kinda freaky because you can't really tell if they're maybe naked. That wouldn't be all that bad a thought except for the guy with the beerbelly. :lol:

Thanks for your comments...

Some of the color effects were got in PP. I use GIMP for PP and there is technique called colorisation...

And yes...FYI...I could not see any one naked :G:lol::-)....

Looks like GIMP needs to be looked at and tried out.

Sacramento is one very hot place. Been over 100 degrees I believe for 8-9 days.

Grew up there as a teenager and in to my early thirties. Always around the water during the summer due to the scorching heat.

Yeah....you bet....Its been cooking out here...you could bake a bread on bare streets...Infact last fortnight has been bad throughout...I dont dare to leave my home/office after 8am and before 7pm...:O:O
Yeah...so it is wonderful being in pool or near waterfronts...much cooler there..

Jussi....I am sure by now youknow why they are standing in water....yeah you r right...to cool off...
