I took some pics of my neighbours white lilies hwich are in bloom right now and framing her front door in pots. Sadly I got home at around 7.30 pm and the light was not great...thus for the first time I had some really problems with noise in the photos.

But I thought I better try and capture them while they are still in bloom!

I have attempted to improve them a bit in photoshop...

(all shot with my close-up lense).


No1.

Lovely. How do you get that frame/postcard effect that I see on so many pics on this forum? Is that a photoshop thing?

Thanks for the comment Corcoj;
I make the frame myself in Photoshop. Just by doing a larger canvas...fill plus add text layers and a layer with the photo on it with layer style added to create the narrow band around the pic.
