Hello All..I have been a registered member of this place in excess of a year..BUT did not contribute!! I have completely forgotten my ID etc so have re-registered..I have been an avid 'clicker' for nearly 2 years using Panasonic Lumix FZ1v2/10/20 and for a short time (2months) the problematic FZ5! I am much looking forward to the new FZ30..and I will also probably bore you silly with garden type shots!!

Cheers Billy

shooting almost straight at a light source? yep... lens flare. try moving to one side so you're not aiming right at the light, those little spots and blue flares should disappear...
