YES!!!

This is some shot of a difficult color to shoot.

Nice light and detail.

I do like the way you frame too.

vIZnquest,... thanks for the input and clarification. I thought it was just me, couse I found this particular flower very difficult to photograph. The majority of the shots I took of it look flat. Maybe its the texture of the flower that absorbs the light, or something.

Hiroshi, Your flowers are always so beautiful. Hydrangeas are one of my favorites....alive and dried. You have captured this one quite well with good detail. Lovely! Thanks for sharing. bentleysmom

Nice flower Hiroshi! Like everybody said it is a quite difficult subject to photograph.

I had shoot some beautiful white orchids with my FZ1v2 and it was almost impossible but I got a workaround. Use spot focus and Aperture priority at F8.0 especially if using an achromat lens and flash (the vivitar Df200 did great) and expose for the highest highlight. Let me see if I can find the pics on my files and I will post.
