I'm sure my dog hates me every time I do this to him...

Thanks...We like to think so too...He's a lab/pit bull X. He's the gentlest dog I know...which is good, because we make him do all sorts of stupid tricks.

This reminds me of a good friend I grew up with that did this and when he gave the command the dog would flip it in the air and catch it and crunch it down.

Good capture here and the detail is quite good.

Yes, that's exactly what he does. He will hold it until we say "OK," then up in the air, and down the hatch it goes. It's funny though, when he misses it (very rare) and it drops to the ground, he will just look at it and wait for me to put it on his nose again. I guess it's more fun for him to catch it than to pick it up off the ground. Also, the longer he has it on his nose, the more he drools. Funny and gross at the same time.
