SORRY, TITLE MUST SAY LZ2 !!

Hello everybody!!

My parents went to Egypt last month, and my father asked me for a good compact digital camera. As I have a FZ-15 and I'm very happy with it (too big for him) I recommend him a Lumix LZ2 (5MP + 6x Optical zoom). (Sorry, title says LC2 and I can't change it)

I have not seen many comments about this camera, so I was afraid about my sugestion, however it is a really good camera (it lacks of manual controls, but it's a compact).

Here are some pictures he took from his travel I want to share with you, so you can see what can you expect from this camera (He is a totally newbie, like me).

Your father did a great job. I like the temple shot a lot.

I agree with you, LZ1/LZ2 are pretty good, and there aren't many comments about these little cam's.

I own an LZ1, did 1300 pics in about 2 weeks and it never quit my jean's pocket. for anywone, these are great.... 222mm zoom in my pocket.... waow!!!!!
