I went on a 4-day fishing foray at the Waterfall Resort, accessible only by float plane. Was hoping to get some great pictures with the FZ5, but the weather had other ideas. Most of the time I didn't even want to get the camera out, as it would have gotten soaked. Sepia seemed to match the mood best on the picture I liked. The resort is a 1926 salmon cannery that has been converted into a fishing resort.

Oh yeah, I did bring home 125 lbs of fresh-frozen salmon and halibut...

#5 Tough picture to take in a churning sea and rain from a small boat, but it was the best shot I could get of this guy

Great shots Troop....

The Sepia is very effective caught the mood perfectly, the last shot very dramatic.

Hope you enjoy the fish ;-)

Thanks guys, it was more of an adventure than a vacation I suppose. The scariest part was getting the 70 miles from Ketchikan to the resort. Had to take a float plane, and the DeHavilland that I was on had a plaque in it that said it was built in 1956...

Excellent shots - and the sepia was a great choice.
