Hopefully it's not too bad!, I found this little fellow in the garden this afternoon, captured on my trusty FZ1v2 in Macro mode with 2x optical zoom.

Not to bad??? It`s great !!! A little bit noisy, but very nice colours.

Thanks folks :-)

Went to get more shots this morning as we had a light rain last night and I wanted to see if I could get a better shot of the web etc. using a tripod but he/she's nowhere to be seen

I think an FZ5may be the next step:-)

Nice pic! but can anyone explain to noise?? Its weird to see so much noise in a shot like this.

Noise due to FZ-1 and maybe some post processing? I dunno.

Took at hand-held at ISO100, programmed exposure, image cropped from about 30% of the total picture. Some adjustments to the levels anda very small amount ofun-sharp mask applied, not enough to increase the existing noise.

Considering ISO100 setting and the cropping all up a fine capture, noise is always more prominent in out of focus areas in this instance acceptable.
