Hi Everyone, This is the first time I have tried butterflies. My camera wouldn't focus fast enough which was frustrating, but I did manage to get a few. These guys were really fluttering around. I'm going to try to find some more butterfliestomorrow. They are so beautiful:!:Sorry for all the noise.....Ionly use picasa now...some cropping, not much PP. Any comments welcome. bentleysmom

Your skill level is increasing by the day. Beautiful pics! I know how difficult it is to catch butterflies, you have done a marvellous job!

Hi Bentlysmom, nice pictures. Did you use the programed macro or aperture priority?

Very beautiful photos. The colors are excellent. I have just started trying the CONT.AF mode and I think it will help focus faster. What exactly do you mean by tele macro mode?

B.M. All beautiful photos. I especially like the composition, color and clarity of #2.

very nice pics! i like the third one, the way the butterfly looks more like a leaf than an insect! and the second one is very well done, nice and sharp, but the backgound is soft, so it provides nice contrast. well done!
