Very nice and a new flower for me. I can't decide if the colors in the background distract me or if I like them. Must be my split personality. I was referring to the first picture. I posted before you did the second picture.

Nice work Horoshi ... I love #1 its radiant / hot / saturated ..... like some firey mistress

the others I think show very nice composition and the color of the flowers ... the leaf shots are great too.

The framing style adds to the overall effect too, the final images to me are the result of previsualization as distint from just a snapshot.

Thanks John for your positive input, I'm glad you like them. The Tibuchina fascinates me because I find it a very hard flower to photograph and get it all in focus, so i felt it deserved a second session.

Truly lovely Hiroshi. I really like the flower photos - they really convey both the vibrant colour as well as texture. The leaves also show nice composition :-)

Thanks suze, that's quite a compliment, especially coming from a person who has postedmanyterrific flower pictures on this forum. I would love to see more.

I find the soft left-hand and top borders on #1 very distracting from an otherwise great shot.
