Was not working today, and took the opportunity to drop by the botanical gardens. Manage to take quite a few insects. After 2hrs, I was wondering how come no spiders, and at last, just as I was leaving one of the paths, I saw this spider (quite large) with a prey in its mouth. Was very shy lady, and had to turn flip the leaf around when she moves to the opposite side.

Don't recognize the prey though....anyone can ID it?

I think its a Two-Striped Telamonia (female)

Two-Striped Telamonia
Telamonia dimidiata (Simon) 1899

Classification: Family Salticidae, Jumping Spiders
Habitat: Foliage in wooded environments.
Female: 9-11mm.
Male: 8-9 mm.
Distribution: Singapore (new record), Indonesia, India.

Taken with FZ10+Nikon 6T+Sigma CU, Ext Flash, F8, ISO 50, 1/60s
