The other insects I saw with my other series was the Dragonfly. Thought of shooting it at different angles rather than the normal view of it.

Please let me know what you think. Thanks!

FZ10+6T+Sigma CU, Ext bounce flash, F8, ISO 50, various shutter speed.

#1: The Normal side view
ExposureTime : 1/125Sec

#2: From the front X-Wing Fighter
ExposureTime : 1/125Sec

#3: From the Rear
ExposureTime : 1/160Sec

#4: REALLY at the rear
ExposureTime : 1/100Sec

#5: Damselfly mating...wanted a side view shot, but terrain did not allow that.
ExposureTime : 1/200Sec

#2 Would have liked 'full wing' but perhaps it would have lost the detail. Don't know how you keep getting these shots !! #5 VERY I like the #3 but would like better a frontal at the same angle.....the 'biplane' look

Thanks for sharing such a marvelous world.

enjoyed and admired all of your shots! (-no time to answer all posts)
I like the frontal view best, sometimes I think some dragonflies like to see their reflections in a leica lens :-)
You try and succeed to catch a certain "mood", this so far away from my "technical" shots........
Go on!
