A few weeks ago I posted some pictures from Waterton Lakes National Park. Hersheys_Dad requested I post some more images, but I did not have any worthy of posting at that time. Well this weekend I returned to the park, which by the way is a United Nations World Heritage Site. The family and I did a hike called Bear's Hump. It is only about a 1.5 kilometer trek, but it is a steady incline of 200 meters to the top. The view is great!

Here is the view looking north towards the prairies.

Looking more North East, where the plains meets the Rockies. The Prince of Wales Hotel is in the bottom left hand corner.

One more view looking south. Half way down the lake and you are into the United States and the state of Montana, where the park is known as Glacier national Park.

Narcis Oblivion, Thanks for posting these extra shots from Bear's Hump. You made my day! Glacier and Waterton have some of the prettiest scenery anywhere. It's a treat to find others to share the experience with.
