Had some lightning tonight. Took them at 8s exposure. 60+ shots, 6 captured. 2 better ones

Appreciate any comments!

great shots! I particularly like that they have been taken inportrait orientation - makes it look like the lightning comes all the way from ??

How is it that in "Lightning" (1) the sky was blackwhile now it seems late afternoon rather than night...

Sorry, don't get you.....you mean my first Lightning shots I posted long time ago or to #1? Anyway, both are taken at night....here in Singapore.

In fact magnificent!
Would be nice if you made them a bit larger ot get the full effect...

I admire all who calmy go out in thunderstorm and take photos. I hide behind locked windows etc. :shock:

These are very impressive. I've tried to catch lightning at that precise second and it's very difficult. How did you do this? Burst mode, I guess? :?
