nice photos. why do museums insist on painting warbirds in glossy paint? that's a very nice late model Spit...

Thanks gents,I really like the first picture too,it's a Spitfire if you didn't know.

I only got the camera a couple of weeks ago and think I have taken around 500 pictures already.Thats more than i took in the 10 years prior to getting the Z5.

Digital photography is new to me as I also own a Canon EOS650 35mm film camera that i bought around 20 yrs ago but not used much in the last 10 yrs or so.

What I like with digital is that you can take as many pics as you want, experimenting with different settings and composition, download onto your computer and tweak if nessesary and see the results instantly and it don't cost you a bean.

This camera really is easy to use and as you can see by the pictures you can get stunning results. The camera is on a 30 day sale or return basis and I think its a keeper.

My only reservation is the fact that the camera is made of a lightweight plastic and feels a little toylike. However the pictures certainly are top notch.I had wondered whether to swap for a Z30 but in the UK that will cost me £480 where the Z5 was £290 so its nearly double.
