All these shots are from a recent trip to the San Diego Zoo.

They were all taken around noon and I couldn't avoid the harsh sunlight and the shadows that it created.

Any and all comments are welcome.

I wouldn't want to lock horns with this one...in person this one is even more intimidating.

A cute little fawn laying in the hay. This shot was only possible because of the amazing zoom of the FZ20. This guy was all the way back in the enclosure about a good 50 ft from me.

No. 1 and 3 are cute and cuddly but I don't know about 2 & 4. All very nice shots though.

Nice shots, I liked them all, but don't cuddle No. 1, either -- they look cute, but are usually ill-tempered, have a nasty bite and their claws can rip you to bits.
