Hola ahazanboi!

Well, not sure on a good book but I can recommend the Photographer Monthly magazine if you can get your hands on it.

The best thing you can do to improve is read the manual at least twice , check on the forum - there's an FZ10 user guide sticky which applies basically to all FZ's and is a really good starting point. It was my first guide on how to use the FZ10. Check the various photography websites, megapixel.net has a very good photography basics section that you should take a look at.

Take lots of pict's and post the ones that you think are good and ask for tips etc on the pict's and how to improve them. Take lots of pictures.

Websites to read and that have a wealth of info:

http://www.luminous-landscape.com/

http://www.photo.net/learn/

http://www.megapixel.net/html/articles.php

We're all learning on the forum's some of the guys and gals here are just excellent.

Cheers

HarjTT
