Wow, great photos. You know I have a macro lens, haven't used it in a long time. Your pics have inspired me to go out and do some macros myself! I think I will stay away from the bees, though. Got stung by a yellow jacket last weekend on my pumpkin outing. Now the thing itches like an STD (not that I would know personally - it's just an expression). Keep up the good work. My favorite posts are the ones with your pics!

Thanks Nancy! Your too kind! This has been my first go at the super macro thing and I think I'm hooked! It's going to take a lot of practice and cooperative insects but I think the end result will be worth it! (stay away from the yellow jackets!) Jim
