Thanks for looking and commenting, your opinion is worth a lot. I was going for an in-your-face pop-art effect.

Lovelife

the bus pops up very nice, great focus and colors.

However when one observes theOOF palaces they look tooblurred, not real DOF. And the halo of the Gaussian Blur filter is visible around the bus.

There's a long way to go for creating credible fake OOF, really sometimes more than 15min of careful PP...

I don't daRE to do that with your image because it's late now, and because these days it is not so safe to PP others' pictures as you know :-)

Thank you for viewing and commenting. Heck putting up an image of a bus with a soft background would be boring. This was my vision when I made the shot. There is nothing natural in this picture I was not seeking natural more like pop art. Everything is over-the-top. Contrast saturation halo and Gaussian blur. The only thing I did not push was the tones. BTW you can do anything you want to my pictures except claim they are yours. Aperture: f/3.6 ISO: 80 Focal length: 7.4mm (37mm 35mm) Exposure Time: 0.0666s (10/150) JPEG Quality: fine. No tripod.

LoveLife, Great picture of the bus! I think a motion blur would look better, giving it the effect of moving forward and out of the picture! Jim
